#C27060 I got my manager fired. I work for a research and consulting firm in Mumbai. My Superboss joined our direct competitor in May 2025. He has been trying to snatch our clients since. he hasn't been successful as we are a bigger brand with better analysts and tools. My manager (F36-40) was very close to the Superboss. we were surprised that she hasn't left yet. Nevertheless, few of us saw he taking a lot of print outs over the last few weeks. She is taking home 50-100 pages worth of print everyday which was rare before. One day when she had gone for lunch a few of us checked her desk and saw that she had taken print of confidential client presentations. We kept mum. but her prints continued. April last week we saw her having coffee with our old superboss in Rcity mall. She handed him a big packet which looked like a tonne of A4 sheet paper. One of us caught a picture of the same. On Monday 8 of us went and complained to the global HR head. Her laptop was confiscated suddenly and they found the logs of the documents she had printed. she told that she printed for her own reading. HR told her to get those printouts in one hour or leave. The Superboss office is in Nariman point, no way in hell she is getting those back in one hour. she lives in the same area as the office. so ideally if those are at her home she will get them in 20 mins. But she had no response. She said she shredded them, destroyed them but no proof of that. She was fired by the end of the day. she signed a clause that she can't join any competitor in the next 2 years otherwise company will file FIR against her. she was always rude to us and never actually worked. When she got fired we were all so happy. Our new Superboss and HR global head called us to congratulate us and thank us. We are so happy that we got rid of this snake.
